Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, and sealed merchandise, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

This includes but is not limited to:

buyer’s remorse

card condition disagreements

product packaging variations

pull rates

manufacturer defects or errors

If the product is sealed, the contents inside are the responsibility of the manufacturer (e.g., Bandai, Pokémon, Bushiroad).
